Most homes in the metropolitan area have kitchen layouts of a 10' x 10' room that include cabinets, a countertop, sink/faucet, and the kitchen floor.   This package includes contractor grade materials; Lofft understands that not everyone has the same taste, thus we can tailor your kitchen and offer any additional options as upgrades for an additional cost. Additional items included in this package : painting, drywall, plaster, plumbing (up to code), and kitchen electrical (includes 4 recessed lights, GFCI's, garbage disposal). Lofft will have a 4-week turn around time barring any exceptional circumstances and provided all materials are in stock.

Additional info: Horizontal plumbing not included. Appliances are not included. Granite countertops over 30-sqft are not included. If it's necessary to change the sub-floor, there will be in additional charge. Permits are not included.
