Most homes in the metropolitan area have bathroom layouts of a 5' x 7' room that include a bathtub, toilet, vanity and sink. This package includes contractor grade materials; Lofft understands that not everyone has the same taste, thus we can tailor your bathroom and offer any additional options as upgrades for an additional cost. Lofft will have a 2-week turn around time barring any exceptional circumstances, and provided all materials are in stock.

Additional Info: Horizontal plumbing not included. If it's necessary to change sub-floor, there will be in additional charge. If the bath tub or shower is changed, there will be in additional charge. Permits are not included.
